When it comes to bridging Singapore cuisine with the western world, no one does it better than Chef Willin Low. A round of applause for the man who spearheaded the Mod-Sin movement and for putting Singapore cuisine on the culinary map. Chef Willin together with his counterparts; Chef Malcolm Lee and Damiam D’Silva are the up and coming new talented chefs who are reinventing Singapore cuisine with a modern twist. Familiar yet invigorating. A sense of normalcy yet dramatic.
The revamp of Wild Rocket has brought about a more confident menu. The new dishes not only feature Singapore cuisine but also dishes inspired by our Asian neighbours.
