Michael Symon opens new barbecue joint

Cleveland will have a new barbeque joint and the proud owner will be none other than Chef Michael Symon. Mabel’s BBQ is planned to open in late fall. Chef Michael also known as the ‘Prince of Pork’ is proposing to put a special NEO mark on the restaurant’s style. He will do so with his collection of meats, sauces and the type of woods used to establish a significant local flavor. Chef Michael who runs Lolita in Tremont hopes to create a new form of barbeque in his own authentic style. There are numerous great barbeque joints in Cleveland but what most of them lack is true style. To read more, visit
