We are familiar with the common addictions such as drinking, smoking or drugs. But in this era, there is a new kind of addiction that may seem innocent at first glance. Food addiction is currently a prevailing issue that has affected the lives of many. We are living in a time where we are spoilt for choices as the endless variety of food is spread unsparingly. The habit of consuming unhealthy food and binging constantly has led to the biggest crisis ever faced: Obesity! Currently food-related illnesses kill more people a year than smoking does, and disable an unknown number. Saying No to unhealthy food and diet is the first step to making a change in our lives.
