Organic food is superior

Organic produces have a steeper market price compared to their sister conventional produces. Is there a reason for such a price difference and if the answer is Yes, what are we really paying for? Latest research has caused quite a row among scientists. It has shown that organically grown food is healthier than conventional crops. Studies have concluded that organic crops are up to 70 per cent richer in key antioxidants and significantly lower in harmful heavy metals. It has been concluded that by embracing an organic diet, we will be taking in one to two extra portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Not all scientists have accepted these findings and have been reported saying that the study was flawed and misleading. Well, the scientists can have their row but I would not mind spending a little extra for the perks and benefits of eating organic grown food. The question is: Would you? To read more, visit
