Singapore is Asia’s food Mecca. New restaurants and cafes are sprouting out from every corner like wild mushrooms. Statistics from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority reported that about 52 restaurants opened each month last year. We are definitely spoilt for choice but where oh where are the top Singaporean chefs hiding? With stringent manpower regulations and prepped by excellent culinary schools, Singaporean chefs have found the ideal place to flourish into culinary icons.
