Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has embarked on a new venture with old school friend and Fifteen head chef Jon Rotheram, and Michelin-starred chef Tom Harris to open a ‘pub’ in East London. Harris, Rotheram & Co, plans to buy the Marksman pub in Hackney and transforming the space with the dining area on the first floor and a charcuterie and bakery in the basement. The restaurant will be dishing out signature seasonal British food while still emulating the roots of the Michelin founders. To top it off, a six-room boutique hotel will be opened above the restaurant. Definitely a MUST- VISIT if one is in UK.
