Dorsett Hospitality International has been working hard in Asia to make a standing, but the company has now shifted out of its comfort zone to make its mark in United Kingdom. Apart from China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, Dorsett Shepherd's Bush is the 19th property, housed in a Grade II-listed building, retaining much of the former 1920s cinema's historic facade. Two restaurants will join the company; Pictures (brasserie-style menu with Asia-inspired dishes), and Shikumen (fine-dining Chinese restaurant). Even with the expansion, the Asian element is still there.
