The British Experience Having worked with celebrity chef Gordan Ramsay, Chef Mark Sargeant has set up his own restaurant in Singapore at Ann Siang Road. Oxwell & Co and Chef Sargeant is now in to present the finest British food paired with Rhone's finest wines brought to you by Straits Wine (SSWC).
