How often do you include fast food in your diet or any food with lots of MSG added? It is part and parcel in Singapore’s working life where you have to dine out. Countering this health issue, Health Promotion Board has introduced a food strategy aimed at changing the ways Singaporeans eat at home, and eating out. Through this strategy, Singaporeans can look forward to healthier food choices that are affordable and accessible. Which it is good news for ladies where food outlets will be serving 500 calorie meals. Awesome!
