It is quite rare to hear a hoohah over an Indian restaurant and especially rare for one designed so differently, plus the best of all; equipped with a bar! Brought to you by one of India's finest chefs, Chef Abuhijit Saha invites diners to share his experiences starting this month. Located amidst Duxton Hill filled with all other restaurants that you patronize often, Saha Signature Indian Restaurant & Bar will lead you to the rich heritage of Indian cuisine from the country's diverse regions (much more than Singapore), yet to be discovered. Chef Saha was named Best Chef in India at the Indian Restaurant Congress & Awards 2013 and a regular speaker at the CUlinary Institute of America's World of Flavour Conference. Looking at the menu, we are excited to step foot on the restaurant and find out the mysteries that "India" has to offer diners in Singapore.
