One of the common reasons for awful hospital food is the reluctance to add in extra seasonings in order to ensure a healthier diet. However, according to http://goo.gl/YE3lih, frozen food is the reason to sucky hospital food. A hospital union representative from Hamilton has launched a campaign to bring fresh food to patients. Hopefully we are getting this in Singapore as well.
