The Ritz-Carlton’s Greenhouse has launched a whole new à la carte menu drawing inspirations from cuisines all around the world. You will be able to salivate at new Western dishes such as roasted chicken breast with foie gras; baked cod fish with truffle flavoured potato mousseline, as well as local favourites such as nasi goring and seafood hor fun. That’s not all! Look out for the Greenhouse Seafood Laksa cooked with Asian herbs and spices and… a succulent 210g grilled wagyu beef burger! For a light and quick bite, check the pumpkin and apple soup, croquet monsieur, and chicken quesadilla out. Celebrate Ritz-Carlton’s heritage with their very own cake made with a combination of dark Valrhona chocolate and Grand Mamier with citrusy bursts of orange. You are also welcomed on weekday evenings to music accompaniment.
