These days, it is common knowledge that google is the best investigation tool to find out about anyone you might want to know about, and for restaurant staff, what better way to find out more about the person you will be serving than to google about them. Aside from social media sites, shared online reservation systems like Dimmi's ResDiary can be a double-edged sword. Systems can be used to track dining 'performance' - how much you ordered, whether you tipped well, how pleasant you are towards the staff, or whether you hog table long after you'd finished dessert.
