Chef Yew Eng Tong Is Off to Bocuse

The prestigious biennial culinary competition, Bocuse d'Or, often dubbed the culinary World Cup, is the most prized competition for individual chefs. The Asian selection will be held in Shanghai next month, and the global finals will take place in Lyon, France, in February next year. Chef Yew Eng Tong of Ocean Restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa will be taking on the challenge, taking the first step by taking part in the qualifying round next month. Read more at
