The recent Singapore Food Expo hosted more than 150 exhibitors at their 15th edition of the event. The event serves as a platform for local F&B players to conduct market testing for their products, and Singapore's total F&B exports to Asia grew by about 37 per cent between 2008 and 2012 to reach nearly S$3 billion.
