Introducing a whole new layout plus an interesting menu in collaboration with consulting chef, Chef Tim Ross-Watson, Gusto bar and trattoria has launched their 160-seater dining concept! The event theme exhibits a refreshing and serene ‘Garden of Eden’ inspired layout on the table and with each food and beverage placing signifying that theme. Whilst maintaining their Italian foundations of pizza and pasta, Gusto has incorporated a modern local fusion concept that can be seen from their décor as well, keeping the place clean and cool. The menu has also introduced a variety of small plates and big plates suited for anyone who is looking for small bites to go with some cocktails on an afternoon chilling session or big plates just to fill that hungry stomach. Seasoned mixologist, Sharul Ariffin has come up with 8 different cocktailsto surprise diners and one dish that will go well with those will include the crab shaker. Crispy soft shell crab fried to perfection and served with home-made pickled ginger seasoning for guests to shake it up in brown bags. The tender lamb ribs with crunchy corn bread coating and specially made marsala wine tomato ketchup served in an artsy syringe is also another dish to look out for if you are usually afraid of the gammy taste in lambs because they are clear from that.
