Award-Winning Dish Now Available In Dumplings Chef Cheung Kin Nam of Xin Cuisine Chinese restaurant has incorporated the award-winning Xin’s Signature Tea Leaf Duck in an all new recipe for this year’s Dumpling festival. The duck in question bagged the coveted Silver Award for Best Dish of 2012/2013 by Chaine des Rotisseurs Bailiage de Singapour. Aside from the new Xin’s Signature Tea Leaf Duck and Dried Scallop Dumpling, there is also the Salmon and Sea Perch Dumpling as well as Xin Cuisine’s Traditional Dumpling available for purchase. For those with a sweet tooth, there is also the Lotus Seed and Gingko Dumpling to satisfy your craving.
