Chef Nedj Villaneuva Creates A New Menu With Food Inspired By European Countries With An Asian Twist Entrada! Enter into this restaurant (quite literally by the name of the restaurant), which serves food that is inspired by Spain, Italy, and Latin America with a little Asian twist. This concept is adopted by four friends who have travelled to Europe and South America, and have all decided to share the experience back home in Jakarta. Chef Nedj Villaneuva has put together a menu to share those experience, to relive the memories of those who have travelled as well as creating a memory of having travelled for those who have yet to. One of his creations include the Italian bastions of linguine carbonara and pasta arrabbiata with strands of spaghetti given an Asian twist when toseed in a spiced ragu. Even the desserts offer a mix of traditional and whimsical variety like serving the usual Spanish breakfast or snack as a dessert, to add sweetness to end a full meal.
