We have all tried ice cream from the tub or from stores that show you a whole mountain of ice cream flavours available. This one brings you to a whole new level of ice cream selections. With a few branches located in Singapore, “Just Like It” brings you a whole new concept on the making of ice cream. Select a flavour and give them your order. With their little machine and a little addition of liquid nitrogen to the concoction, they will create a cup/cone of ice cream of your choice in no time. Watch as they create your ice cream on the spot with the mystical ‘smoke’ coming out from the machines and voila… Your ice cream is served. We have tried the new popcorn, hazelnut cheese crackers and mocha cookies flavours. Although the common consensus were that the flavours may lack a certain ice cream punch or just that flavour of sweetness in it, to be able to create an ice cream in such a short time, that is healthy, it is no easy feat. With 0% artificial, additive, colouring, sugar and stabilizer added, rest assured that this ice cream is made of the original flavours like the mango ice cream made from real mango or the wine ice cream with only wine and milk added.
