On Easter Sunday, The Rose Veranda, The Line and The Waterfall will offer different buffet concepts for a hearty feast. Junior guests stand a chance to win a grand prize at the hotel’s annual Easter Egg Hunt in the gardens on 20 April 2014 from 1:45 to 2 p.m.
The Line’s Easter Sunday Brunch buffet features both classical and seasonal dishes such as such as roasted beef prime rib, foie gras terrine with roasted figs and Colorado lamb rack with herb crust, and comes with free-flowing soft drinks and chilled juices. The buffet is priced at S$128 per adult and S$64 per child. Guests can add S$40 to enjoy free-flowing champagne, red and white wines and draft beer.
Easter Sunday brunch buffet at The Waterfall is inspired by Mediterranean flavours. With fresh seafood as its centre of attraction, other dishes include devilled eggs and roasted stuffed veal brisket. The buffet is priced from S$128 per adult and S$64 per child, and includes a bottle of organic soda.
The Rose Veranda buffet high tea is priced from S$72 per adult and S$36 per child.
