Easter Azur Executive Chef Andrew Tham of Azur has planned out a menu of Easter worthy dishes for a fantastic feast this coming Easter. Don’t miss the Crowne roasted baby lamb marinated with dukkah spice consisting of cumin seeds, sesame seeds and hazelnuts. Catch  the  other
highlights such as the chouroute en garnie, braised rice vermicelli with pork trotter, and make a bee line for the  luscious  seafood  bar  featuring  a  wide  selection  of  imported favourites like slipper lobster, green shell mussel and freshly shucked house oyster. Last but not least, make your way to the dessert bar decorated with  lots  of  chocolate  Easter  eggs  accompanied  with  a wide  range  of  desserts  like  banana  clafoutis  with  vanilla sauce, mini cupcakes and pomegranate gelee with sour plum.
