All hail the mighty wine and spirit brought to you by Château Mouton Rothschild where the dinner took place at Raffles Grill of Raffles Singapore. Raffles Grill’s very own Chef Pierre Burgade is not only working out in his free time, but is working out with Masterchef Philippe Mille to create a “royal banquet” worthy of the champagne, wines and a bonus rosé, all from Château Mouton Rothschild, brought over by Julien de Beaumarchais de Rothschild! Not only did they share their experiences in making the wines, special guest, Christophe Brunet, was there to give his opinion on how each pairing is made to perfection. With two communal tables, guests were brought close to share their experience on the food and how they go with each wine.
