Getting Full At Fullerton

We had our fill at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore with wines from Rhone Valley brought to you by Maison Nicolas Perrin, and not forgetting Masterchef Mathieu Viannay! All things French, from French wines to French cuisine, guests were treated to a taste of poultry from sky high to land produces with the interesting pairing of Maison Nicolas Perrin. Also at The Fullerton just around the corner, we were wowed by the stunning Kaluga Queen Caviar dinner where not only did we get to see tins of caviar that are plump and almost onyx in colour, the presentation of the caviar when served was eye stunning. Especially the organic egg with burning flames in the darkness, bringing your attention and focus on the food immediately.
