With that green and golden lining on the outfit, the Confederation of Sabre d’Or had a popping 4th year at The St. Regis Singapore. “Marching” into the ballroom, the orchestra starts with an effect to bring guests into the mood of the sanctity of Sabre d’Or where it is not just child’s games. Masterchef Philippe Mille has also prepared dishes to celebrate the addition of new members to Sabre d’Or and it was interesting to see how these newly welcomed members path the way to their entrance where they raise the sabre to “slice” the champagne.
