From 28 October, sign up for classes with Chef Ciano while he is here in town for a week to learn the proper technique in making your pasta Michelicious. Prepare your notebooks for some tips that you probably never knew and get ready to burst some myths on preparing pasta. Even if you are a homecook or a novice, you will be able to prepare this with little skills needed and the ingredients are readily available in your nearby supermarket.
