Celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal will close his iconic Fat Duck restaurant in Britain and relocate it to Crown Melbourne in 2015. It will not be a pop-up restaurant; Heston will fly his entire team from the Fat Duck to work in Melbourne for a period of six months.
