The Easy Way Out For Chefs Basil is an ingredient widely used by chefs, especially in pastas or for garnishing. Usually, chefs would purchase and stock up stalks of basils because they prefer using the fresh ones as compared to those readily found in a container, leading to wastage of most of the basils on the stalk, unused. Manna Fresh Pte Ltd has come up with a solution for Singapore chefs with the use of a farm that is 1500sq.km in size. They are able to grow their own basils and have packed them in a packaging where chefs are able to use a cube at a time to prevent wastage. Now chefs are able to add in the right portion of basil they require in preparing their cuisine!
