As a partner restaurant of World Gourmet Summit, Absinthe is proud to present two exciting events, “A Parisian Night by the River” and “L’Huile d’Olive” just for the occasion! Although we are not the city of light, but sailing down the Singapore River with champagne and canapés would leave a mark in your memory bank as though you’ve travelled to Paris with an equivalent stunning scene. Once you’ve reach the dock, you will be treated with freshly shucked French oysters at Absinthe’s riverside terrace, under the accompaniment of live accordion music before the 4-course wine paired dinner is served.
