So, the policy we are talking about here is none other than the welcoming of new head chef, Daniele Sperindio! Also, wtih new appointment comes a new menu! If you've tried the food at Open Door Policy, then it's time to visit again because about 70% of the menu has undergone an 'overhaul', to incorporate a number of new tastes, larger portions (thank god for more food), and a new selection of cocktails by Tippling Club head bartender, Zachardy de Git. Not forgetting, the chef & partner, Chef Ryan Clift, whose restaurant made into Asia's 50 Best Restaurants, in getiing involved with the two to come up with a menu, bigger and better! Visit
