Calorie-counters rejoice, as Chef Hironori Ikeno serves up his compact cuisine consisting of the smallest sushi you have ever seen - that is if you can see it. The sushi is made using a single grain of rice and takes five minutes to create, as opposed to the normal sushi that can be done in a minute.
