French Kitchen Of Grand Hyatt Tokyo With Asian Menu For The Fall

Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi has decided to add nature into their special fall promotions. The authentic French Kitchen that offers all day dining in the hotel as well as an open kitchen to showcase their techniques in preparing the dishes will be introducing new items on its menu. Other than the seasonal pumpkin dishes for Halloween, the restaurant is welcoming special guest chef, Frederic Vardon from one Michelin starred restaurant in Paris, Le39V. Chef Vardon has worked under the guidance of renowned chef, Alain Ducasse and will definitely be able to ignite the love of French food for the guests at the hotel from 1-10 November. From 3-30 November, guests can also look forward to three autumn harvest cocktails when you are grabbing a drink from the bar.
