Fall in love once again with Orchard Café's newly launched "Straits Cuisine" buffet for a newly revamped "Straits Cuisine"! Instead of the usual cold cuts, western roasts, steaks and the usual buffet fare, Chef Paul Then decided that it is high time to create a brand new buffet selection for his diners. Replacing the western roasts are Asian roasts ranging from Roast Pork Belly, Roast Duck, to Roast Chicken and Char Siew. On top of those, CHef Then will also be serving up his signatures dishes like Nyonya Hokkien Mee, Fish Curry, and more! One of the specials would be the Kueh Pie Tee with a dollop or two of buah keluak or rather, the "Nyonya Caviar" that was well received at the Ultimate Hawker Fest 2013.

We shall leave the remaining dishes for your own discovery and we really mean DISHES with the wide array of selections.
