Culinary Indulgence at St Regis Michelin-starred Executive Sous Chef Fabio Granata presents an exclusive culinary indulgence over three days the 27th to the 29th of March 2014, featuring exquisite Italian cuisine available in a 6-course epicurean menu, or in the a la carte menu at LaBrezza. Expect to find Chef Fabio’s signature dish, Cherry Wood Smoked Foie Gras with Rock Melon Jelly, and Norwegian Salmon marinated in Black Tea “Lapsang Souchong” as well as other delightful dishes such as the Oven-baked Amberjack Fish with Green and White Asparagus, and Caramalised Apple Tart with Rosemary Chiboust.
