As a catering enterprise, Neo Group Limited has outdone itself and its competitors in having the most numbers of events catered on the first day of Lunar New Year, making a record of 1,118 events as compared to the previous record of 1,005! The number of yu sheng platters ordered had increased from 5,995 to 7,452 this year. Premium Peng Cai sales has surged 142% as well. This probably entails that Singaporeans are gathering as a group on such occasion and it is a good sign of togetherness. In coping with such high demands, the Group will be completing its centralised kitchen, deploying increased mechanisation and incorporate modern food preparation techniques.
