What winner are we talking about, you ask. Well as we pull the curtains to the end of Gourmet Abu Dhabi 2014, the winner of Executive Chef of the Year was announced! Chef Cladys Magagna of Fairmont Bab Al Bahr took down the award with his Italian specialty. As executive chef of the hotel, Chef Magagna works with his team as though they are on status quo, making it a point to greet his team. A happy team is an effective team indeed, as guests all dine with happiness in the restaurant.
