Managing Director Chef Eve Felder is proud of this year’s graduating batch of students. “ It’s a very competitive program,” she explains. “These are 42 students chosen out of 250 applicants, and they go to school from 7 in the morning to 9 at night, and the Culinary Institute of America’s Bachelor program in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Food Business Management is something that equips students with real world experience in attachments to hospitality establishments before they graduate, so that they prepare for the real world.”

The 42 students who graduated this year will be graduating with the knowledge that they are entering the workforce with a brief understanding of what is needed to join the workforce, all while also aware that they are merely at the beginning stages of their work life.

The Culinary Institute of America has had a teaching presence in Singapore since 2007, and has worked together with Temasek Polytechnic to provide an education to those seeking an exemplary education in culinary sciences.
