Indulge in Scotland’s Finest with Chef Roy Brett! Scotland is often known for its green meadows, bagpipes and the kilt. What most people don’t know about the adored country is its range of epicurean delights made from its fresh local produce.

On the 11th of October, Chef Brett will be cooking up a feast together with Chef Lucas Glanville at Grand Hyatt Singapore. Guests can expect dishes like the marinated monkfish with smoked almonds and samphire, as well as baked isle of mull scallop coral butter – all of which are made using sustainable ingredients.
