Although the abbreviation is also CWA, but this CWA represents Chef With Altitude as diners get to enjoy their meals all the way up to the 70th floor where the helipad of Equinox is located. This year round, the week-long gastronomic adventure will bring you, not only the breath-taking view of the city’s skyline, but also the taste buds tantalizing and seducing dishes brought to you by Chef Xavier Beaudiment from one Michelin-starred Le Pré and Chef Julien Schillaci from Restaurant A L’etage Parc Des Eaux VIves. With the food and view, how can one do without the accompaniment of alcohol? They have also invited award winning owner and bartender,Tristan Stephenson, from Worship Street Whistling Shop to create mixes that you will fall in love with.
The event will commence on the 9th November with a Helipad Opening Party and guests can prepare themselves for the after party and dance to the music of DJ Miki Taka from Japan. From 11-16 November, join Chef Xavier Beaudiment at JAAN for a 3 or 5 course set lunch and a 7 course dinner with wine pairing. Alternatively, diners may also wish to have a taste of the dishes brought to you by Chef Julien Schillaci at Equinox Restaurant, where he will be preparing 8 course set dinners with wine pairings. If you wish to enjoy the mix of a lifetime, then get ready for Tristan Stephenson with his insightful knowledge in cocktail science, molecular mixology and forward thinking techniques at City Space.
