Nothing says ‘I’m fancy’ quite like truffles, and what better way to impress a date than with summer truffle dishes?
Located at Mount Faber, Dusk Restaurant & Bar has been the perfect spot for first dates, celebratory dinners or Friday night drinks! The restaurant boasts a view that is hardly found in Singapore, the shores of Sentosa and the waters at HarbourFront. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Kenny Yeo, who has created lasting impressions for his innovation and creativity in his dishes.
Now for a limited time only, Chef Yeo will be presenting two dishes to highlight the summer truffle season – the 65˚C sous vide egg with summer truffle shavings and the smoked duck risotto with seared Hokkaido scallops and summer truffle.

The 65˚C sous vide egg with summer truffle shavings features a farmed egg accompanied by mushroom ragout, truffle veloute and onion marmalade topped with truffles. This dish showcases the rich woodsy aroma with delicate flavours of garlic, wild mushroom and earthy hazelnuts of the truffles.
