El Mero Mero has managed to refresh and reinvigorate their mission of being the venue that sets the bar for Mexican hospitality. With a newly refurbished space as well as a new menu which showcases both traditional flavour combinations and current Mexican culinary trends.
This is in time for their 5th year in operation: the restaurant was established in 2014 by Mexican- born Alejandro Blanco, who wanted to bring forth a dining experience that reflects the historical depth of Mexico and its food, the dynamic Mexican foodscape as it is now, and the warm generous hospitality that characterises the Mexican experience.
With this new approach, the menu, drinks and presentation seamlessly brings together tradition and current culinary trends to open eyes, minds, and palates to the power of Mexican gastronomy and hospitality. Keep a look out for dishes like the Baja Fish Taco, a classic now elevated.
