What is Singapore’s latest craze? Bubble tea. Celebrate Singapore’s ‘favourite drink’ at Bar Canary in Grand Park Orchard that will present concoctions like the Paradise Pop and Smooth Criminal. The Paradise Pop consists of a house-made Osmanthus Sencha tea paired with gin, simple sugar syrup before being topped with lychee pearls. The Smooth Criminal, on the other hand, is made with lavender, earl grey tea, sweet caramel jelly, whisky, angostura bitters, caramel syrup, fresh milk and Frangelico liqueur – an Italian hazelnut liqueur that adds hints of cocoa and vanilla.

2. Artemis Grill & Sky Bar

Enjoy the scenic Marina Bay view along with the SummerSop at Artemis Grill & Sky Bar based with Tanglin gin at SGD15 per cocktail. This concoction aims to highlight Singapore’s first ever gin that is ‘made in Singapore and inspired by every culture that defines the lion city’.
Along with Tanglin gin, this cocktail is also made with bubble tea tapioca pearls, blended soursop fruit and a slightly sweetened rose elixir – to represent the red hue of Singapore’s flag. This drink is also perfect for the gram’ , as it is visually both white and red, perfect to toast with on National Day.
