We’ve heard of the term mixologist when it comes to wines and spirits, but we are hearing a new term ‘foodologist’. How does that work? As human goes through evolution, each generation is smarter than the other and we are experimenting on things being more of the curious cats. Like how some of us have mixed instant noodles with Campbell’s soup to create a carbonara texture and taste.
