Indulge in Chef Nicky Ng’s quality and modern Cantonese cuisine this Easter. Chef Ng will be presenting an Easter Weekend Enhanced Brunch menu with an assortment of tantalising dishes.
Diners can savour an exclusive dish, the crispy deep-fried beef cutlet with a drizzle of creamy sesame mayonnaise and choose from the Supreme Special dishes with premium items such as cheese baked lobster with creamy seaweed sauce or stir-fried abalone with asparagus in X.O. sauce, with one complimentary serving each per diner.
