Odette At The Top in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants

The ceremony, sponsored by S.Pelegrino & Acqua Panna, brings together top chefs from around the largest continent, Asia to celebrate food and drink.
Odette had clinched No.28 on the list last year. The French fine dining restaurant is located in Singapore’s National Gallery and opened in 2015, four years before it was crowned the top in the ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants List’. Chef Julien Royer, co-owner and head chef of the restaurant said in his acceptance speech “It has been an incredible four years for us. It’s not just about food, it goes beyond that”.
Other restaurants such as Australian barbecue restaurant Burnt Ends (previously No.12) and British Restaurant Jaan (previously No.44) maintained their strong presence on the list, climbing to No.10 and No.32 on the list respectively. Singapore also saw new entrant Nouri, a creative fine dining restaurant helmed by Chef Ivan Brehm who made it to No.39 on the list.
A total of 10 new entries appeared on the 2019 ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants’ list.
