Chef Eric Neo Officially Appointed New President for the Singapore Chefs' Association

Chef Eric Neo Officially Appointed New President for the Singapore Chefs' Association The Singapore Chefs' Association announced that Chef Eric Neo would be taking over the reins in the new commitee for 2019 during the Chinese New Year Lo Hei dinner on 17 February 2019. His predecessor, Chef Edmund Toh has stepped down, after being the President of the association since 2014.

Chef Neo was previously the vice-president of the commitee, and as his role as President, will lead the commitee of professional chefs from here on. Chef Edmund Toh will take on the role of Honorary President and shared "I'm certain that the assocation is in good hands with Chef Eric Neo and the new team," adding that "they will do their utmost best to continue to raise the standards of Singapore's culinary industry."

The new President of the association, Chef Neo, said, "The new commitee is focused on grooming young chefs to become future leaders in our industry. We are developing a series of relevant events and seminars for our members, and continue to be the platform for professional chefs."
