Spring is Here At the Marina Mandarin All the world seems in tune when you go to the Marina Mandarin Singapore to celebrate Spring, as it’s dining establishments introduce new dining menus and takeaway delights starting from Jan 2019.

Peach Blossoms welcomes the year of the Pig with its festive a la carte dishes and specially curated set menus, including highlights like the signature Blossoming Abalone Treasure Pot and the Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng with Crispy Whitebait and Nashi Pear. They will also be offering a takeaway menu for those looking for a hearty reunion dinner in the comfort of their own home. Known as the Takeaway Treasures, the menu will be featuring items such as the Golden Pig-shaped Nian Gao and the Taro and Radish Cake with Preserved Meat Nian Gao. The promotions will last from the 14th January to 19th February 2019 for the set and take away menus, and the 4th to 19th February for the A la carte menu.

Other dining establishments will also be offering different promotions and treats, including AquaMarine, which will be offering an auspicious Halal-certified spread such as the ‘Black Gold’ Charcoal Swimmer Crab Fritters with Salted Egg Dip, Braised Dong Po Black Angus Beef Rib with Lotus Bun, as well as the Imperial Seafood Pot. Special dishes that will be featured exclusively on Chinese New Year’s Eve will include dishes like the Australian Whole Abalone on Braised Radish and Conpoy, the Eight-Treasure Braised Duck with Sea Cucumber, and the Lobster with Pumpkin Nage and Crispy Puffed Rice, available from the 11th of January to the 19th of February.  Atrium Lounge will also be offering Barons De Rothschild Brut, touted as a rich and complex champagne priced at $20++ per glass or $118++ per bottle, from the 4th to 19th February.
