Here's a classic Asian flavour - spiciness. The Pork & Chicken Choi Bao with Water Chestnuts & Lap Cheong appetizer definitely started the meal off with a kick. The water chesnuts gave an earthy flavour to the salty meat, and when eaten, there is at first a spicy hint to the Choi Bao, and the spiciness gets stronger over time, making this appetizer one to want more of.

For dessert, we tried the Warm Coconut and Tapioca pearls - a classic dessert enjoyed in every Asian household. The warm and sweet coconut gave a sense of comfort to the consumer, while the tapioca pearls added a unique texture to the thick mixture. Served in a wooden bowl with a wooden spoon, the dessert ended the meal with a warm and comforting touch.
