A Taste of Okinawa!

To promote Okinawa as an International Logistics Hub for distributing Japanese food, and to create and expand the overseas distribution channels of Japanese agricultural food products, the Okinawa International Business Hub Utilization- Food Ingredient Tasting Business Event in Singapore was held at Tung Le Private Dining. With collaboration with the chef from Tung Lok Group, a special course menu was served, using ingredients that are regularly transported through the Okinawa International Logistics Hub.
The menu created just for the event included various Okinawa- sourced products such as red bream, Shizuoka melon, sakura shrimp amongst other food products.
Ultimately, the food presented and shown proves why Singapore should promote Okinawa food products into its repetoire, and forever establish its products as a cut above the rest.
