Be prepared to be wowed from 28th February to 16th March 2014 at the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival that will be held at the nostalgic 19th century rail bridge over Yarra River. Themed “Water, The Immersery: Festival Kitchen Bar and Raingarden”, visitors from all walks of life would meet, eat and drink at a magnificent three-level structure by the banks of the Yarra River. Appetizing dishes created via the water-based cooking technique and prepared by the state’s best chefs such as Jesse Gerner, Hamish Nugent and Rachel Reed will be paired with Victorian wine and cocktails.
