Explore these lesser known wine regions with Dellarosa's artisinal wine collection, an authentic expression of the terroir that expresses the sense of the beautiful Eueopean countryside with the peculiar aromas and distinctive character of their wines. Their grapes are farmed organically or biodynamically, without the use of herbicides, pesticides, fertilisers, insecticides or other synthetic subatances.
Specially for the event, Chef Joeri will be serving up a delectable contemporary native menu featuring dishes like Prawn Ravioli & Chervil with his signature Salted Egg Yolk Butter, and scrumptious savouries like his Iberico Pork Skirt w/ Celeriac Puree and White Kimchi.
